This is a rare chance to join as a founding engineer on a high-impact product team. You will help define not just what gets built, but how the team operates, shaping the roadmap, influencing technical direction, and helping establish the engineering culture from the ground up. - Meaningful AI Work — Build compensation intelligence features powered by ML predictions and AI agents that surface pay risks before they become retention problems.
- No Micromanagement — The leadership philosophy is built on trust, autonomy, and accountability. Proactive, self-sufficient engineers thrive here.
- Enterprise-Scale Impact — Your work will serve organizations with 150,000+ employees, including globally recognized companies across tech, retail, and finance.
- Democratic, Growth-Oriented Culture — Leadership is genuinely invested in developing the team. Decisions are made collaboratively, and growth is realistic — not a checkbox.
