We are partnered with a fully remote data infrastructure startup building ethical, large-scale web access products. The company operates a global residential proxy network and develops APIs for real-time web access, JavaScript rendering, search data, and AI-powered automation. We are looking for a Go Developer to join the engineering team and help build the services behind this infrastructure. This role is open to both Regular and Senior-level engineers: you will work on high-concurrency Go systems, reliability, performance, and product features used by data teams worldwide.
Whom are we looking for – Go Developer
Location: Poland or EU, 100% remote
Brief position description
This is not a typical backend role of Go Developer. You will be working deep in the infrastructure that powers a global proxy network – millions of nodes, billions of requests, and petabytes of traffic. The challenges here live at the intersection of systems programming, network engineering, and high-concurrency Go: diagnosing performance issues across the full stack from application code to Linux kernel, building services that operate reliably under extreme load, and owning the observability that makes it all visible. If you are the kind of engineer who finds out how much performance you can actually pull out of a single Linux box, and wants to do that at a scale most engineers never encounter, this is the role.

Go Developer – Key Responsibilities
- Scale proxy infrastructure to over 100 billion requests per month
- Support 100,000s of QPS
- Build full-stack features using Go
- Work on billing features using Stripe, PayPal, and other payment APIs
- Integrate AI tools into data workflows
- Optimize high-concurrency systems
- Collaborate on scraping pipelines and proxy infrastructure
Senior Go Developer – Main requirements
- 3+ years of commercial software-development experience for Regular-level candidates; 6+ years for Senior-level candidates.
- Strong experience with Go.
- Experience with JavaScript, Node.js, or React recommended but not required.
- Familiar with Python, AWS, and CI/CD.
- Bonus: scraping, proxies, LLMs, open source.
Senior Go Engineer – What is in it for you?
- Competitive salary: $4,000-$6,000/month on B2B contract for Regular-level candidates, $6,000-$8,000/month for Senior-level candidates.
