Our partner is a product startup from Switzerland that is developing an interior design platform for Construction and Real Estate industries. The company seeks a full-time Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join the team.

Product description
This startup is focused on disrupting the construction tech and real estate industries by introducing interior design and architecture planning tool for working with construction plans. The application will be accessible across various devices with seamless integration and will have different features, including AI planning and 3D visualisation.

Chief Technology Officer – Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical strategy and implementation of the product.
- Select and manage the technological stack to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Oversee the development of frontend (JavaScript, either React, Angular, Vue.js), backend (Node.js / Python), AI/ML, and 3D visualization components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Mentor and build a high-performing engineering team, guiding and supporting team members.
- Implement best practices in software development, data management, and cybersecurity.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and incorporate relevant advancements into the platform.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and product features.
- Manage technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Chief Technology Officer – Main requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, including technical leadership role.
- Experience with Node.js and/or Python and JavaScript (either React, Angular, Vue.js) is a must.
- Hands-on experience in system architecture, and project management.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Very nice to have – a background in AI/ML, 3D visualization (WebGL), and blockchain technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful technology strategies.
- Relevant education – Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, at least upper intermediate English.
