Whom are we looking for – Technical Project Manager
Location: Poland or EU, 100% remote
Brief company description
The company runs a 100% ethically sourced residential proxy network. Hundreds of billions of requests a month, four products in flight, engineers across backend, infra, SDK, DevOps and data. Nobody owns whether it all lands on time. That is this role.
We ship in days, not quarters. No approval chains, no steering committees. That speed is the company. Your job is to keep it and stop it from setting anything on fire. You will be highly professional and also change plans mid week without complaining about it.

Technical Project Manager – What you will own
- Every engineering commitment across four products: residential, SDK, ISP, web render.
- The single source of truth on status. Anyone asks where something stands, you answer without checking.
- Turning roadmap into scoped, dated, sequenced work with the engineers who build it.
- Catching slips in week one, not the week of launch.
- Holding people to dates. Escalating early when the date is at risk, with the reason and the recovery plan.
- Linear as a working system, not a graveyard. Every ticket has context, every sprint has a shape.
- Killing process that is not paying rent, and automating anything that happens more than twice.
Technical Project Manager – What you bring
- Strong project management background. Structured, organized, nothing falls through.
- You came from a startup that went through hyper growth and you were in the middle of it.
- You know what breaks at 5x and you know which rules to keep and which to throw out.
- Technical enough to challenge a scope, stress test an estimate and smell padding. You will not write production code.
- Comfortable managing senior engineers who know more than you about their domain.
- AI native. You use automation and scripting as a default, not an afterthought.
- Plain speech. If you cannot explain a technical tradeoff to Sales in one paragraph, this will be painful for everyone.
- Deadlines feel personal. So do other people’s.
Technical Project Manager – What is in it for you?
