Full-Stack React Golang Engineer – Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications including frontend interfaces, backend services, APIs, databases, and third-party integrations.
- Take end-to-end ownership of features — from concept and architecture to production deployment and iteration.
- Collaborate in small project teams while acting as a product-minded engineer who shapes the roadmap and understands user impact.
- Build scalable, reliable systems using TypeScript on the frontend and Go on the backend.
- Work with cloud infrastructure, databases, search engines, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development and improve code quality in a professional environment.
Full-Stack React Golang Engineer – Main requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in TypeScript (mandatory).
- Solid frontend skills with React (highly preferred) or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong backend development skills — Go experience is ideal, but we welcome candidates from other languages who are excited to transition (full mentorship provided).
- Practical experience with AWS, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Terraform, Docker, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, etc.) with experience using them in real production workflows.
- Product-oriented mindset — you think about user value and business impact, not just code.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Based in or near Kraków (hybrid role with occasional office presence required).

- Backend: Go (primary), with support for transitioning from other languages
- Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, Docker
