This SDR role is essential in building the sales pipeline by connecting with legal professionals and booking demos directly with founders.

Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to lawyers, tax advisors, and in-house legal professionals (mainly in Polish).
- Deliver concise, compelling product presentations tailored to each prospect.
- Qualify potential clients and understand their current challenges.
- Successfully book qualified demo meetings directly into the founders’ calendars.
- Perform consistent follow-ups to maintain momentum and convert interest into meetings.
- Provide feedback to the team on market reactions and customer needs.
Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Main requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort with phone conversations.
- Ability to adapt your communication style to different personalities and decision-makers.
- Strong listening skills – you focus on the prospect, not just following a script.
- Natural, confident, and professional phone presence.
- Previous experience in cold calling or SDR role is a big advantage (but not mandatory).
- High energy, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
- Polish and English communication skills (Polish is essential for client conversations).
