We are partnered with one of the fastest-growing startups in the SportTech space, building a mobile-first platform that makes regular physical activity as addictive and effortless as scrolling social media. Their app brings together thousands of fitness classes (yoga, pilates, crossfit, barre, dance, and more) into one seamless experience — one click to book, zero friction, real habit-building motivation. Backed by strong early traction and a highly experienced founding team, they are now looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to help shape the core product from early stage to scale.

Location: Poland (100% Remote)

Our partner is redefining how people discover, book, and stay consistent with sports and wellness activities. They are creating a consumer app that combines the best elements of Duolingo-style habit formation and TikTok-level engagement with real-world fitness classes and studios. The engineering team is small, fast-moving, and works directly with the founders. This role is critical in building and shipping features end-to-end that users actually love and come back to every day.

Full-Stack Software Engineer – Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and ship new features end-to-end (backend, frontend, and mobile support) that users actually use and love.
  • Quickly ship, analyze real user data and feedback, then iterate fast to improve outcomes.
  • Develop and scale the backend using Supabase, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and Python.
  • Work on the frontend with React / Next.js and help evolve the Flutter mobile app.
  • Build and automate internal processes (CI/CD, workflows, DevTools, n8n).
  • Collaborate directly with founders on product priorities, feature decisions, and roadmap.

Full-Stack Software Engineer – Main requirements

  • Minimum 1.5+ years of experience as a backend or full-stack developer.
  • Strong product mindset — you think in terms of user impact and business outcomes, not just perfect architecture.
  • Proven ability to take full ownership of a feature from concept to production and measure its success.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic early-stage environment where requirements change quickly and you’re expected to challenge assumptions with data.
  • Strong communicator who can defend ideas but also change direction when evidence shows a better way.
  • Fluent in Polish or English (comfortable working in either).
  • Fast learner who can pragmatically use new tools and technologies.

  • Frontend: Next.js, React, Vercel
  • Mobile: Flutter
  • Payments: Stripe
  • Data & Analytics: PostgreSQL, Python, Marimo, Algolia, PostHog
  • CI/CD & Tools: Docker, GitHub Actions, Twilio, Slack, OpenAI, n8n
