The company is already generating revenue, backed by top-tier VC firms and strategic partners, and operates with offices in San Francisco and Kraków. With a small, high-caliber team of 12 and a second-time founder who has multiple 9-figure exits, they are now looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join their data and AI-driven team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Junior Data Analyst – Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Data Scientist and Engineers on projects at the intersection of data, engineering, and business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to understand needs, ask the right questions, and deliver clear, actionable insights.
- Support the Sales and Customer Success teams with data sampling, quality evaluations, and reporting.
- Perform data manipulation, statistical analysis, and exploratory analysis on large datasets.
- Help turn raw data into meaningful business recommendations and product improvements.
- Continuously learn and apply new tools while taking ownership of your tasks and projects.
Junior Data Analyst – Main requirements
- Recent graduate or final-year student (strongly encouraged to apply).
- Solid analytical fundamentals — strong skills in data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Very good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proactive mindset, high ownership, and genuine curiosity — we value how you think more than checking every technical box.
- Basic experience with SQL and/or Python (or strong willingness to learn quickly).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup where priorities can shift.
- Based in or near Kraków (hybrid role with occasional office presence required).
Technologies you will work with:
- SQL & Python (core tools for analysis)
- Elasticsearch / OpenSearch
- APIs and data integrations
- PostgreSQL and other platform data sources
- AI-assisted tools for analysis and reporting
You don’t need to be an expert — mentorship and learning resources are provided.
