Location: Poland, Warsaw, remote work available.

The company is a Polish startup developing a software application with proprietary hardware (tablets) that shows geolocation-specific advertisements to taxi passengers. The product is in use with paying customers, and the company is looking to expand its market presence.

Business Development Specialist – Main responsibilities for this position

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and market expansion.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities.

Business Development Specialist – Main requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development;
  • Experience in the advertisement industry is a must, ideally out of home advertisement;
  • Excellent English and Polish communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Soft skills requirements:

  • Comfortable and confident to speak with new people (prospects);
  • A good listener and a quick learner;
  • Initiative and clear communications;
  • Result-driven person with a solid work ethic.
