Location: EU or Ukraine (100% remotely).

Brief position description

This platform, started in 2014, makes it easy for everyday people to access and book spaces at both private and public universities. It is reshaping how communities interact with educational institutions by turning underused spaces into accessible resources. From event hosting to recreational activities, people can now discover and reserve these venues online – making the process seamless and location-independent.Whether it’s a lecture hall, sports facility, or classroom, users can find and reserve spaces for events, sports, or community activities – all from one system. Picture being able to book a top university’s football pitch for a weekend game with your friends – pretty cool, right?

Team Structure

The development team includes a Tech Lead, three experienced Front-End Developers, two Mid-Level and one Senior Back-End Developers, a Designer, an Automation QA, a Manual QA, and a Project Manager. It’s a close-knit and skilled group focused on delivering high-quality solutions.

Senior Vue.js Developer – Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and support reusable components using Vue.js, with a focus on clean and maintainable code;
  • Work closely with backend engineers to connect and work with APIs seamlessly;
  • Identify and resolve UI issues while keeping the app fast and responsive;
  • Turn design mockups into polished, mobile-friendly user interfaces.

Senior Vue.js Developer – Main requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Frontend development, with a strong focus on Vue.js over the past 4+ years (including both Vue 2 and Vue 3, with recent projects using Vue 3);
  • Good understanding of Vue.js ecosystem, including Vue Router, Vuex or Pinia, and the Vue 3 Composition API;
  • Ideally, experience (2+ years) working with Nuxt.js, both version 2 and 3;
  • Proficient in building responsive interfaces using modern UI libraries such as Vuetify, Tailwind CSS, and Bootstrap;
  • Strong command of core web technologies – HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with ES6+ features;
  • Practical knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS/SCSS;
  • Comfortable working with TypeScript and integrating it into Vue.js projects;
  • Good grasp of RESTful APIs and the fundamentals of client-server communication;
  • Familiar with Git for version control and experience with CI/CD tools and workflows;
  • Confident English communicator (B2+), able to engage with a US-based team on a daily basis.

Nice to have skills:

  • Familiarity with jQuery and its integration with modern frameworks;
  • Experience with Nuxt.js bridge configurations;
  • Computer Science, or any other relevant IT studies.

Senior Vue.js Developer – What is in it for you?
