Location: Poland, EU or Ukraine (100% remotely).
Brief product and description
The company gives Fortune 500 companies control over the digital advertisement experience via a sophisticated and unified platform. They simplify ad experience management by integrating with existing tech and media stacks to manage ad experiences across all channels centrally. The platform was purpose-built to power all ad creative use cases, including DCO, personalization, audience management, creative performance visualization, experimentation, workflow, and self-optimizing performance competitions. It is a high-load project with millions of tractions per day. The company is expanding its international team and looking for a Senior Product UX/UI Designer to join its team in the EU or Ukraine.
The UX/UI role is integral to delivering a cohesive, intuitive product. A UX designer is responsible for crafting the overall user experience of a digital product, including websites and apps, by conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, testing designs with users, and iterating based on feedback to ensure a seamless and intuitive interaction for the end user; key tasks include understanding user needs, information architecture, usability testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a user-centered design.
Why is it worth joining this company?
- It is a company with a startup set up and has a bit over 50 people on board, so each person matters a lot and can involve in the direction of product development;
- They are working with their product development, which is pretty flexible and, at the same time, challenging;
- The company provides professional growth and career advancement opportunities, with annual salary reviews, as well as knowledge sharing within the team of skilled colleagues.
Senior Product UX/UI Designer – Main responsibilities for this position
- Establish, maintain, and periodically refine the overarching “material design” or style guide for the platform (e.g., typography, color palettes, iconography).
- Govern a UI component library that enables consistency and scalability across the product suite.
- Translate business and user requirements into conceptual wireframes, detailed mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Ensure that all interactive elements, workflows, and information architecture reflect real-world user scenarios.
- Plan and facilitate quick feedback loops with end users or proxies (e.g., internal stakeholders, pilot customers).
- Use various testing methods—like A/B testing, guerrilla usability sessions, or observational studies—to gather real-world input on designs.
- Emphasize more than static prototypes by building pseudo-working demos (often in HTML/React or similar) to validate and gather user reactions prior to full-scale development.
- Accelerate iteration cycles by identifying potential usability issues early, before engineering invests heavily in final implementations.
- Cross-functional cooperation with product, PM and development teams.
Senior Product UX/UI Designer – Main requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in UX/UI design, experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of user research methodologies, empathy-driven design thinking, and the ability to advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Proficiency in layout, color theory, typography, branding, and other foundational design elements.
- Comfortable creating interactive prototypes — both in design platforms and with front-end code (HTML/CSS/JavaScript/React).
- Capable of clearly explaining design rationale and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to adapt quickly, gather feedback, and refine solutions rather than striving for perfection on the first attempt.
- Knowledge of usability testing best practices, user interview techniques, and analytics tools to track engagement and identify friction points.
- Ability to measure, interpret, and act on data to continuously improve the user experience.
- Good communicative English skills (at least upper intermediate, B2).
Key Deliverables:
- Wireframes & Low-Fidelity Mockups – Provide a quick, cost-effective way to validate layout, user flow, and navigational structures before investing in more polished designs.
- Interactive prototypes created in Figma, Sketch, or other tools; used to demonstrate look, feel, and basic interactions, allowing for user feedback without extensive coding.
- Working “Mockups” in HTML/React – Offer a near-realistic user experience to gather substantial user feedback early, reducing risk and unexpected rework in full development.
- High-Fidelity UI Mockups – Deliver pixel-perfect designs that guide Engineering on final visuals, behaviors, and transitions.
- Design System & Component Library – Document standardized UI components (buttons, forms, navigation elements) and interaction patterns, ensuring consistency across all features and apps.
Senior Product UX/UI Designer – What is in it for you?
- Excellent salary remuneration: the company can offer between 3000 USD and 7000 USD (or more for outstanding talent) net on a B2B contract based on your skills, with the opportunity to fix this amount in USD;
- 24 days of vacations on a B2B basis contract, Polish official holidays are days off;
- 5 days of paid sick leaves on a B2B contract;
- The company can organize trips and events, for instance, Annual Team Summit;
- Certifications and training within the company;
