Location: Poland, 100% remote work mode

The company is an international startup which developed a B2B software platform for supply chain and freight management and optimisation. They are actively expanding in Europe. This AI-based solution allows freight and logistics companies, truckers, airlines, ocean liners increase revenue and use global APIs connectivity.

Lead Generation Sales Representative – Main responsibilities for this position
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities;
- Set up meetings or calls between prospects and sales executives;
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or emails;
- Conducting a comprehensive search, qualification, and outreach process to identify and connect with new prospects (Global market, focus on European market).
Lead Generation Sales Representative – Main requirements
- 2 years of work experience in Lead Generation / Business Development / Sales with capacity for SaaS products;
- Tools experience: Industry-standard systems – Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
- Ability to balance independence with collaboration – capture key input from stakeholders and effectively execute the work;
- Familiarity with SaaS sales process, personas, and sales motion;
- Fluent Business English – both verbally and with written communication;
- Fast thinker, delivery oriented, resourceful, driven, organized, and highly collaborative – a Team player!
Nice to have skills:
- Background from the freight forwarding industry;
- Fluent in other languages such as German, Italian or Spanish;
- Experience in an early-stage startup environment.
Lead Generation Sales Representative – What is in it for you?
- The budget of this position is up to 2400 USD on a B2B contract;
- Fair commission on top of basis salary (around 500-600 USD);
- Annual leave: 12-15 annual leave days on B2B;
- Trainings within the company.
