Who We’re Looking For – Product Manager
Location: Poland, EU or Ukraine (100% remotely).

Their platform empowers Fortune 500 companies to control the digital advertising experience through a sophisticated, unified solution that integrates with existing tech and media stacks. The platform supports ad creative use cases, audience management, experimentation, workflow automation, and performance optimization. The company is experiencing significant growth and expanding its international tech team. To support this expansion, they are looking for a Product Manager (Inbound) to join their team in Poland, the EU, or Ukraine.
The Product Manager serves as the primary interface between customers and internal product teams. This role acts as the voice of the customer, ensuring that market needs, user feedback, and business objectives are effectively translated into actionable product requirements. The Inbound PM will collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and other stakeholders to deliver data-driven product improvements.

Product Manager – Main responsibilities for this position
- Lead customer discussions, discovery sessions, and requirement-gathering interviews, collaborating with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Technical Account Managers.
- Advocate for customer needs, ensuring product decisions align with real market demands.
- Develop comprehensive Deep Truth Documents, capturing business drivers, customer workflows, pain points, market trends, trade-offs, and dependencies.
- Prioritize features based on customer urgency, strategic fit, and data-driven insights.
- Conduct market research, analyze product usage, and track competitor offerings to refine positioning.
- Ensure clear communication between internal teams and customers, presenting roadmaps and strategic updates.
- Work closely with engineering, QA, and UX/UI teams to refine requirements, assess feasibility, and improve user experience.
- Align product development with business goals, timelines, and resource constraints.
Product Manager – Main requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a related field, ideally in MarTech, AdTech, or SaaS industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for stakeholder discussions, documentation, and presentations.
- Ability to break down complex requirements into structured, actionable insights using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Deep understanding of marketing tech stacks, digital workflows, analytics, and customer ROI.
- Proven ability to align cross-functional teams, balancing competing priorities and bridging gaps between engineering, sales, and marketing.
- Experience developing and executing product roadmaps that connect immediate needs with long-term strategy.
- Candidates must be based in Poland, the EU, or Ukraine (100% remote role).

- Risk & Mitigation Strategies – Potential pitfalls and solutions.
- Validation Plan – How success will be measured post-launch.
