Their platform empowers Fortune 500 companies to control the digital advertising experience through a sophisticated, unified solution that integrates with existing tech and media stacks. The platform supports ad creative use cases, audience management, experimentation, workflow automation, and performance optimization. The company is experiencing significant growth and expanding its international tech team. To support this expansion, they are looking for a Product Manager (Inbound) to join their team in Poland, the EU, or Ukraine.
The Product Communications Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that the value of each product feature is clearly communicated to customers, internal teams, and the market. This role translates technical capabilities into compelling narratives, training materials, and launch communications that drive adoption, retention, and customer success. Acting as the bridge between product development and end-users, the Product Communications Manager crafts engaging presentations, enablement materials, and release updates to ensure customers understand not only what has changed but also why it matters and how they can maximize its benefits.

Product Communications Manager – Main responsibilities for this position
- Develop clear and compelling product messaging that highlights benefits and use cases.
- Create presentations, product briefs, tear sheets, and other marketing collateral.
- Translate technical details into easy-to-understand insights for various audiences.
- Plan and execute product launch communications, including release notes and in-app messaging.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to understand feature releases.
- Develop training materials such as videos, user guides, and webinars for customer education.
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams, including Sales and Customer Success.
- Gather customer success stories and case studies to showcase product impact.
- Capture and relay user feedback to Product and UX teams for continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in all product-related communications.
Product Communications Manager – Main requirements
- 5 years of experience in product marketing, product communications, or a related role.
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Familiarity with product development processes, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally.
- Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of user pain points and adoption drivers.
- Experience creating training materials and delivering presentations or workshops.
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple product launches and communication initiatives.
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and product usage data to improve messaging.
- Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint, Google Slides, and content creation platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

- Presentations & Enablement Decks – High-level overviews that articulate the “why” behind product features.
- Short Tear Sheets & One-Pagers – Quick-reference documents summarizing key features and business impact.
- Training Materials & Documentation – Tutorials, webinars, and interactive guides to help users navigate new features.
- Release Notes & “What’s New” Summaries – Customer-friendly updates on product changes with practical use cases.
- Product Launch Campaigns – Emails, blog posts, and in-app messaging to support major feature rollouts.
