Our client is a US-based product non-profit organization. They are developing a platform for connecting refugees with the job opportunities. They help with hiring, training and mentoring refugees and help them integrate into the workforce, working with 400 major companies. The company is expanding their tech team and therefore is looking for Low Code Web Developer to join them from Poland. You may find the full description below.

Whom are we looking for – Low Code Web Developer

Location: Poland (100% remotely).

Brief project description

As a Low Code Web Developer (mid-to-senior), you’ll play a critical role in designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining low-code/no-code systems to enhance the user experience of refugees and member companies. This position sits on Strategic Initiatives team, which leads innovation, design and development of technology-based solutions to help refugees get hired at scale.

Low Code Web Developer – Main responsibilities for this position

  • Define and implement effective technical ways to help member companies hire refugees at scale.
  • Develop and maintain low-code/no-code systems using tools like Airtable, Softr, Salesforce, and Make, aligning them with product requirements.
  • Define, develop and maintain optimized system automations through a strong handle on scripting and ways to limit automation runs.
  • Connect different systems and services via APIs like Twilio’s WhatsApp API.
  • Process and analyze user and outcome data, including data reported by company users.
  • Create and maintain visual product dashboards to track and constantly improve product performance.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive internal documentation to help non-technical staff understand how systems work.
  • Continuously improve the experience for refugees and member companies employees through product discovery, tests, and delivery.
  • Continuously ensure our products and programs are using optimal software solutions and tools to deliver on outcomes.

Low Code Web Developer – Main requirements 

  • At least 5 years of IT-related experience, with at least 3 years of experience in particular in web development and/or low code/no code development and/or automation including experience with low code platforms such as Airtable, Softr, Salesforce, Make or Zapier, including scripting.
  • Understanding of automation limits, and how to optimize and limit automation runs.
  • Understanding of relational database design.
  • Coding experience with JavaScript and CSS and experience working with APIs.
  • Experience working with WhatsApp API, preferably through Twilio’s API and/or Twilio Studio.
  • Experience and/or interest working with Softr.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English (strong upper intermediate is a minimum).
  • Ability to write and maintain system documentation.
  • Flexibility between automation implementation and other product-related tasks like design and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have:

  • Experience and/or interest creating dashboards.
  • Good eye for design.

Low Code Web Developer – What is in it for you?

  • Excellent salary remuneration: the company can offer between 15000 and 20000 PLN gross on a permanent contract (UoP) through employee of record company;
