Our partner is a Polish AdTech startup, a product software company. They are developing out-of-home advertisement application. The company is looking to expand its sales team and, therefore, is looking for a Junior Sales Specialist to join the company part-time (4 hours a day). You may find the full description below.

Whom are we looking for – Junior Sales Specialist

Location: Poland, ideally Kraków, remote work and part-time work (4 hours a day).

Brief company and product description

The company is a Polish startup developing a software application with proprietary hardware (tablets) that shows exact and geolocation-related advertisements to taxi passengers. This product is already available for clients, and they already acquired first paid customers while seeking opportunities to expand their sales.

Junior Sales Specialist – Main responsibilities for this position

  • Meet or exceed prospecting goals for outbound calls, emails, and sales meetings booked;
  • Research potential accounts to understand their goals, challenges, and key contacts; incorporate that background into relevant communications;
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and leads as needed;
  • Being able to participate in business meetings, trips and possible conferences.

Junior Sales Specialist – Main requirements

  • Excellent English and Polish communication skills – both verbal and written required;
  • Any previous experience in sales, business development or customer support is very nice to have.

Soft skills requirements:

  • Comfortable and confident to speak with new people/prospects is an absolute must.
  • A good listener and a quick learner.
  • Initiative, clear and effective communications in Polish and English.
  • Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with a solid work ethic.

Junior Sales Specialist – What is in it for you?

  • The budget of this position is 27-28 PLN/hour on umowa o zlecenie (UoZ) or B2B.
