We’re seeking a skilled Junior Full Stack Web Developer who has a solid understanding of business needs and, ideally, a passion for IoT projects. With a diverse range of client projects and internal products, you’ll work with a variety of technologies every day. While we incorporate AI into our development process, we expect our developers to choose the most effective tools for each task. Junior Full Stack Web Developer – Main responsibilities for this position

  • Work closely with internal teams and users to help create intuitive user experiences and interfaces for our digital solutions.
  • Engage actively in the entire development lifecycle, from frontend and backend development to supporting CI/CD pipelines and monitoring services.
  • Take ownership of your work, embracing the “You build it, you run it” philosophy, ensuring responsibility for the outcomes.
  • Contribute to maintaining high code quality and reliability by writing tests, participating in code reviews, and collaborating in pair programming with team members.
  • Help ensure clear documentation is maintained and follow best practices within the team.

Junior Full Stack Web Developer – Main requirements 

  • At least a year of experience with frontend web development (React, TypeScript) and back-end on Node.js.
  • Experience with both Relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with building both containerized and serverless solutions.
  • Ability to deliver well-designed, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Familiarity with deploying to AWS, Azure and/or GCP for both backend and frontend applications.
  • Preference for a fast-paced, high-performance work environment.
  • Great communication skills in English – both written and spoken. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but it means that you should feel comfortable when talking to your team or clients and trying to solve issues.
  • Flexible time and ability to be available for some meetings / Agile ceremonies when required in Pacific Standard Time (PST)
  • Good understanding of collaboration between designers and developers, ensuring effective communication and translating design concepts accurately into functional code.

Nice to have:

  • IoT experience.
  • React Native experience using Expo.
  • Experience with sst.dev or similar serverless stack solutions.
  • Understanding and knowledge of agentic frameworks, tools, and deployment within software applications.
