Whom are we looking for – Business Development Executive
Location: 100% remote, Poland, CEE Region, Ukraine.
Our partner is a Netherlands-based blockchain, who’s products are a blockchain-related social media for crypto and blockchain enthusiasts, as well as hybrid exchange which will utilize their native utility token. They seeks a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to join the team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be vital in expanding their blockchain business by identifying potential opportunities, cultivating relationships, and driving growth. If you’re a strategic thinker passionate about building connections and achieving targets, this is your perfect role.

Business Development Executive – Main scope of work:
- Identify and research potential leads, clients and industries to establish new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and relationship-building efforts.
- Lead presentations and pitch the products/services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing any concerns.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for the company and the client.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Business Development Executive – Show off your skills:
- 1-2+ years of previous experience in sales and business development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- English language: at least upper intermediate (B2), both written and spoken.
