Whom are we looking for – Python Engineer
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)
Brief position description
We are seeking a motivated Python Engineer (mid-level) with a strong background in software development, ideally with a Master’s in Computer Science or AI. You will work on real-time, voice-related systems, helping to capture, analyze, and process traffic over radio channels for defence applications. The ideal candidate is excited by fast-paced environments, enjoys learning from experienced engineers, and wants to contribute to critical software with tangible impact.

Python Engineer – Key Responsibilities
- Develop backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
- Contribute to voice-related data capture and analysis systems, improving efficiency and accuracy.
- Work with founders to iterate quickly on prototypes and production-ready solutions.
- Maintain high-quality, readable, and maintainable code.
- Collaborate with frontend and other engineers to integrate systems.
Python Engineer – Main requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Python development, preferably with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Understanding of backend architecture, APIs, and data processing pipelines.
- Interest or experience in voice AI, audio processing, or low-latency systems is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously, but eager to learn from senior engineers.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment, and basic DevOps practices.
- Fluent English; ability to collaborate in an international team.
Nice to have:
- Experience in AI, voice processing, or real-time communication systems.
- Exposure to defence-related or security-sensitive software.
- Familiarity with Python testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
