Brief position description
We are seeking a technically skilled Support Engineer with hands-on experience in web scraping and proxy networks. You will help customers troubleshoot technical challenges, optimize their scraping workflows, and ensure successful use of the platform. Your role will also include creating documentation and providing feedback to improve product reliability and performance.

Support Engineer – Key Responsibilities
- Support users with proxy setup, scraping tools (Scrapy, Puppeteer, Selenium, etc.).
- Troubleshoot issues like IP rotation, CAPTCHA, geo-targeting.
- Create help docs, blog posts, and best practice guides.
- Collaborate with engineering on platform improvements.
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Support Engineer – Main Requirements
- 2+ years in web scraping and proxy networks
- Strong debugging and support skills
- Excellent written English
- Self-directed and proactive
- Bonus: blog writing, test validation, residential proxy experience
