Our partner is an international organization delivering digital solutions and large-scale ICT systems for EU institutions. We are looking for SharePoint Test Specialists to join a long-term international project (up to 4 years total duration), supporting mission-critical systems used across the European Union. The role focuses on designing, executing, and leading testing activities for complex SharePoint-based and enterprise software systems in a highly regulated EU environment.
Whom are we looking for – SharePoint Test Specialist
Location: Warsaw, Poland, Near site work mode
Brief position description
As a SharePoint Test Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting test activities for complex software systems supporting EU operational processes. You will work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, and service desk teams to ensure system quality, reliability, and compliance with defined standards. You will play a key role in validating system functionality, identifying defects, and contributing to continuous improvement of testing practices. In smaller projects, you will act as a test lead, coordinating testing efforts and ensuring high-quality delivery.

SharePoint Test Specialist – Key Responsibilities
- Designing and documenting test cases for software systems
- Executing functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Executing test sessions and validating system behavior
- Reporting test results and identified defects
- Interpreting test results and reporting on progress, risks, and issues
- Reviewing project and system documentation
- Cooperating with business analysts, architects, developers, and service desk teams
- Taking a test lead role in smaller projects
- Contributing to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
SharePoint Test Specialist – Main requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software testing, with experience testing SharePoint-based systems.
- ICT-relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) is non-obligatory.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong practical knowledge of software testing tools
- Proven expertise in test design
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Certification: at least one of the following: ISTQB Advanced / Equivalent international certification (subject to client approval) OR 3+ years’ experience in test design above the minimum experience level
- English level: minimum B2, confirmed by certificate (even free online certification).
