Our partner is a fast-growing international SaaS company with offices in the US, Poland, and Thailand. They are a leader in developing advanced platforms for warranty management, finance, and insurance (F&I) administration. Their flagship system automates the full lifecycle of extended warranties, service contracts, and F&I products, serving customers worldwide. They are now looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to join their Kraków team and play a key role in designing scalable solutions, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring developers, while working with cutting-edge technologies like .NET Core, Angular, and Azure.
Whom are we looking for – Senior .NET Developer
Location:Kraków, Poland (hybrid – 1 day/week in the office)
Brief position description
As a Senior .NET Developer, you will lead the design and development of complex web applications, ensuring scalability, high performance, and reliability in production environments. You will work on large-scale, data-heavy systems using microservices, Azure cloud, and modular architecture. This role offers both technical leadership and involvement in decision-making, giving you the chance to truly shape solutions and future architecture.

Senior .NET Developer – Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale applications using .NET Core and Angular.
- Build scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions with Azure cloud services (App Services, Service Bus, SQL, Functions).
- Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles to support business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system architecture and new features.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure high coding standards via code reviews.
- Optimize performance and reliability of applications in production.
- Work with SQL Server and integrate DevExpress controls for complex UI elements.
- Ensure test coverage with unit testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, xUnit).
- Contribute to DevOps pipelines (Azure DevOps, CI/CD).
Senior .NET Developer – Main requirements:
- 7+ years of professional experience in .NET Core, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge of DDD principles, modular design, and message brokers.
- Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, Angular.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies.
- Background in building scalable, high-performance systems.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of unit testing frameworks and DevOps practices.
- Good English, at least B2+ (upper intermediate, both written and spoken).
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
- Previous experience with DevExpress.
Senior .NET Developer – What is in it for you?
- Salary range: 18,000 PLN/Month – 21,000 PLN/Month for UOP and 21,500 PLN – 25,100 PLN + VAT per month for B2B.
