Our partner is a Polish Metaverse startup that is looking for a Sales Representative. They are  a company with own product, that focuses on creating a virtual world where users can interact, socialize, and engage in various activities through a mobile app. The company is expanding its sales development team and seeks a Sales Representative to join their team full-time remotely in Poland. Location: Poland, 100% remote work

Our partner is a Polish startup that focuses on creating a virtual world where users can interact, socialize, and engage in various activities through a mobile app. The users can create personalized avatars and explore immersive 3D environments. This allows for social interactions, gaming, and various forms of entertainment all in one place.

They  are in pursuit of a Sales Representative with expertise in advertising products and services to enhance their team. This position entails securing brands for mobile application advertising initiatives, collecting client requirements, negotiating agreements, and fostering robust relationships. They provide prospectives to collaborate with leading global brands, professional advancement path, and a compelling remuneration structure with commission.

Sales Representative – Main responsibilities for this position

  • Proactively acquiring new companies and brands to execute advertising campaigns within a mobile application.
  • Assessing and interpreting client needs through comprehensive analysis.
  • Crafting and delivering bespoke proposals tailored to the unique requirements of each client.
  • Engaging in face-to-face meetings with clients to foster collaboration.
  • Facilitating business negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Aiding in the signing of contracts, establishing contract terms, and overseeing the overall contract management process.

Sales Representative – Main requirements

  • 2 years of experience in sales or business development;
  • Goal-oriented mindset and consistency in achieving objectives;
  • Ability to organise work based on KPIs and set goals;
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships;
  • Great English and Polish communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
