Location: Poland, EU or Ukraine (100% remotely).

Their platform empowers Fortune 500 companies to control the digital advertising experience through a sophisticated, unified solution that integrates with existing tech and media stacks. The platform supports ad creative use cases, audience management, experimentation, workflow automation, and performance optimization. The company is experiencing significant growth and expanding its international tech team. To support this expansion, they are looking for a Product Manager (Inbound) to join their team in Poland, the EU, or Ukraine.
The Project Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of multiple, concurrent product initiatives. Sitting at the intersection of Product, UX, Engineering, and Customer Success, this role drives alignment, mitigates risks, and keeps projects on track. The Project Manager is responsible for planning timelines, managing dependencies, tracking deliverables, and proactively resolving bottlenecks. They also facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring teams have the information they need to execute efficiently. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a keen ability to balance priorities while maintaining clear visibility into project progress.

Project Manager – Main responsibilities for this position
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with product strategy and customer commitments.
- Coordinate across Product, UX, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify and manage project dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks, proactively resolving issues before they impact delivery.
- Track external dependencies, such as partner APIs or customer deliverables, and mitigate associated risks.
- Oversee feature prioritization and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Produce regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates to track progress and highlight risks.
- Continuously refine project management processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Conduct post-launch retrospectives to capture lessons learned and optimize future workflows.
Project Manager – Main requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management within SaaS, ideally MarTech, AdTech or a related industry.
- Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional dependencies.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and negotiate scope, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Candidates must be based in Poland, the EU, or Ukraine (100% remote role).
Key Deliverables:
- Project Plans & Timelines – High-level roadmaps, Gantt charts, and sprint plans detailing tasks, milestones, and ownership.
- Dependency & Risk Matrix – A clear overview of internal and external dependencies, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Status & Progress Reports – Regular updates (weekly/bi-weekly) highlighting achievements, blockers, and upcoming priorities.
- Resource Allocation Plans – Documentation of team capacity, workload distribution, and forecasting potential resource constraints.
- Customer Commitment Tracking – Clear documentation of feature releases tied to specific customer agreements or contractual obligations.
- Stakeholder Communication Updates – Executive-level summaries and cross-functional briefings to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
- Post-Launch Retrospectives – Insights on project performance, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations for process improvements.
Success Indicators for This Role:
- On-Time Delivery & Predictability: Major milestones, releases, and customer commitments are consistently met with minimal last-minute changes, and stakeholders have confidence in timelines and capacity plans.
- Effective Risk Mitigation: Risks or dependencies are identified early, addressed proactively, and rarely cause significant delays, with fewer unexpected escalations near release dates.
- Cross-Team Alignment & Satisfaction: Positive feedback from teams (Product, UX, Engineering, and Customer Success) on communication, scheduling, and processes, with minimal confusion around handoffs, ownership, or deadlines.
- Efficient Use of Resources: Resource allocation is well-managed, leading to balanced workloads and high throughput of product features without sacrificing quality or morale.
- Continuous Process Improvement: Ongoing refinement of project management tools and methods, with improvements in cycle times, reduced bugs, smoother collaboration, and actionable changes from retrospectives.
Project Manager – What is in it for you?
- Excellent salary remuneration: the company can offer between 4000 USD and 6500+ USD (or more for outstanding talent) net on a B2B contract based on your skills, with the opportunity to fix this amount in USD;
