Location: Poland (mild hybrid, 1 day a month in the office in Warsaw).

We are hiring on behalf of a global leader in real estate services – a company operating in 68 countries with 22,000+ professionals. They are looking for a Marketing Systems Specialist to support and elevate their European marketing operations. This newly created role offers a mix of technical ownership, collaboration across 12 countries, and end-to-end marketing automation responsibility using Adobe Marketo, Power BI, Salesforce, and Sitecore CMS.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital Marketing and the Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE), becoming the go-to MarTech Consultant for EMEA teams – empowering them to optimize campaigns, automate processes, and integrate smarter.

Who we’re looking for – Marketing Systems Specialist

You’re tech-savvy, people-first, and can speak both “tech” and “campaign. You enjoy supporting internal clients, fixing email templates in HTML/CSS one moment, and helping troubleshoot automation workflows or reporting dashboards the next.

You are not expected to code Marketo solutions from scratch, but you must understand how everything works together – and help others do the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the Marketo Ambassador: Support ~12 marketing departments with Marketo tasks, user journeys, and lead flow optimization.
  • Integrations and Troubleshooting: Understand how Marketo, Salesforce, and Sitecore work together (via middleware); diagnose problems, own the issue, and collaborate with technical teams.
  • Technical support: Manage day-to-day technical issues with platforms like Marketo, Sitecore CMS, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
  • Campaign support: Help set up email templates, landing pages, and nurture campaigns; implement best practices in HTML/CSS.
  • Data and Reporting: Use Power BI (or similar tools, e.g. Tableau) to track KPIs, campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Knowledge sharing: Explain tools and automation concepts clearly to people with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Documentation: Maintain system workflows, tech specs, guides, and improvement plans.
  • Compliance: Ensure GDPR and data flow best practices across platforms.

Marketing Systems Specialist – Must-Have Experience

  • 2+ years working with Adobe Marketo in a specialist or consultant role.
  • Strong grasp of marketing automation, lead flows, segmentation, campaign performance.
  • Some HTML/CSS skills for editing templates, emails, and landing pages.
  • Experience working with at least one CMS (Sitecore preferred).
  • Comfortable working in hybrid environments (cloud/on-prem), especially integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting tools.
  • Good upper intermediate (B2), as you’ll interact daily with international teams.
  • Strong soft skills, as you should be able to consult, train, and engage cross-country stakeholders.

➕ Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce or understanding of CRM use in marketing.
  • Familiarity with Jira or ServiceNow ticketing systems.
  • Understanding of B2B Marketing and buyer journeys.
  • Previous experience in a multicultural international setting.
  • Polish language skills (preferred, but not required).
