Whom are we looking for – Inside Sales Representative
Location: Kraków, Poland (Hybrid work – minimum 2 times a week on-site at the office).
Brief position description
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Inside Sales Representative with a strong ability to engage prospects, build trust, and communicate the value of next-generation drone technology. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record in technical (IT) or defense-related sectors and ideally brings military or defense industry experience. You will act as the first line of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the sales process while collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Inside Sales Representative – Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultative sales via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
- Qualify leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations to tailor solutions.
- Support demonstrations and facilitate demos with clients.
- Track activities and manage CRM entries accurately.
Inside Sales Representative – Main requirements:
- Base located in or near Kraków – onsite presence is vital.
- Proven sales track record – preferably in technical or defense sectors.
- Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages a plus.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and client engagement skills.
- Tech-savvy – experience with CRM tools and virtual presentations.
Preferred (Nice To Have) Qualifications:
- Military or defense-related background (experience or affiliation).
Inside Sales Representative – What is in it for you?
- Salary range: 6-8000 PLN on B2B basis + solid commission;
