Whom are we looking for – FullStack React Engineer
Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)
Brief position description
We are seeking an experienced, autonomous FullStack React Engineer with a strong focus on frontend development (React) and upcoming backend work in Python/FastAPI. You will work closely with the founders to rapidly iterate on prototypes, build real-time interfaces, and contribute to systems that support mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate is pragmatic, product-minded, and excited to work in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.

FullStack React Engineer – Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain frontend applications using React and modern JS frameworks. Focus here is on front-end development.
- Implement real-time user interfaces and collaborate on low-latency systems.
- Contribute to backend development in Python/FastAPI, particularly around audio streaming and real-time voice systems.
- Collaborate closely with founders to iterate quickly on prototypes.
- Ensure high code quality, maintainable architecture, and best practices in testing and deployment.
- Participate in technical discussions, share knowledge, and mentor more junior engineers.
FullStack React Engineer – Main requirements
- 3–4+ years of experience in frontend development (React/JS frameworks).
- Python skills, familiarity with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and take ownership from concept to production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent English; ability to collaborate with an international team.
Nice to have:
- Experience building real-time or low-latency systems is a plus.
- Experience with audio processing or streaming technologies.
- Exposure to security-sensitive or defence-related software.
- Prior experience in startups or early-stage product development.
