Whom are we looking for – Assembly Technicians
Location: Kraków, Poland (on-site work, no remote option due to specifics of the product).
Brief position description
We are looking for detail-oriented and reliable Assembly Technicians to join the hardware production team responsible for assembling next-generation autonomous drones. You will work hands-on with drone components, performing soldering, cabling, mechanical assembly, and quality checks following precise technical instructions. Assembly Technicians – Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble lightweight drones and electronic modules following step-by-step written build guides.
- Perform through-hole/SMD soldering, cable preparation, and basic wiring.
- Prepare and finish 3D-printed parts and perform simple mechanical assembly.
- Conduct visual and functional QA checks to ensure high product quality.
- Follow ESD safety practices and maintain a clean, organized workbench.
Assembly Technician – Main requirements:
- Experience in soldering, 3D printing, or electronics assembly (at least one skill required; training provided for the rest).
- Ability to follow written English instructions (minimum B1 English level).
- High attention to detail, manual precision, and consistency in daily work.
- Availability for full-time on-site work (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
- Residence in or near Kraków (no remote option).
- Strong reliability and ability to meet daily production goals.
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of multimeter use and reading simple electrical diagrams.
- Previous experience with RC models or drone builds.
