The company seeks a Regular/Senior System Engineer to join its team.
Whom are we looking for – Regular/Senior System Engineer
Location: 100% remote from Poland.
We are looking for a developer who likes to dig deeper into the older programming languages. We support a pretty old system written in a language similar to Pascal or Delphi. Meanwhile, we are creating a new platform in C#.
If you want to get your hands dirty and solve the never-ending mysteries of the 90’s architecture design and work with a language on the “to be extinct” list – this is your chance! You need to have a very flexible approach, figure out solutions on the fly and never leave a challenge unanswered. It’s pretty fun, honestly.
Seriously: you will work on a web solution that has kept working for the past 25 years and help us create a new one to support one of our core products.
Regular/Senior System Engineer – Main scope of work:
• Maintenance and small development of a legacy application;
• Solving technical issues;
• Reconfiguring;
• Some further development.
Regular/Senior System Engineer – Show off your skills:
- Understanding of Web solutions;
- Scripting / programming in Pascal / Delphi;
- Experience with HTML and JavaScript;
- Experience with databases like DBase, SQL;
- C# exposure would be great;
- Understanding large database systems;
- English language: at least upper intermediate (B2), both written and spoken.
